You forgot to use capitals, and your paragraphs are too short.  :)

Actually many window cleaners are well educated and capable of holding down almost any job.
It's just that we don't want to work for other people usually, and enjoy a high degree of autonomy and an excellent work/life balance so I think that makes us some of the smartest people around.
Had a career once, you can keep it thanks.

Have to agree.
What well educated person would want to sit all day in a warm office when they could be out scrapping ice of
glass in -5.
Standing all day on mucky wet lawns.
Getting blasted by the wind and drenched by the rain.
Being prematurely aged and blinded by the sun.
The joys of repetitive strain injury in the future.
Then we have all those lovely daily tasks like cleaning dog muck off boots and being snagged in rose bushes.
Yes we sure are the smartest people around. ;D

i do window cleaning only because its one of the highest paid jobs in this country for a manual worker.     its like asian taxi drivers        No one knows how much you actually earn,  unless you want to tell them.
if you say you earn    around £15 - £25  per hour   their jaw will drop .     most biggots still think you do it for extra beer money.       fool them. 8) 8).      ive just got back from a week all inc.  in lanzarote.   Sandos papagayo beach resort.         ;D ;D  bliss,    batteries recharged.       full house and conny cleaned this morning,    3 hours  £60    customer gave me £70,   top job.   thats taking my time.      xmas tips,   ££££££.   unbelievable.
these extras are what makes this job worth while doing.
cant wait to get my van,    i have all set up , just need a van    that will be me sorted.

i could get a proper job as they say   for £6.18  per hour.    ??? ??? ??? ???

£6.18 an hour really isn't a proper job now is it. From the other side of the coin, I left window cleaning behind nearly 6 years ago (I'm still on here, because its interesting) for a "proper" job and don't regret it for a minute! Though, I must admit after the summer we have had, I could cheerfully have swapped a roasting office for a pair of ladders and a squeegee!

the way I see it is yeah I earn £20-30 an hour but I only work from 9-3 at the moment because im not busy enough. So I am still coming out with a wage like my mates but working literally 28 hours a week! they have to slog 40+ hours to match what it get.
so as soon as im fully booked with another van on the road I will be laughin:D
