I used to be a trim 13 stone 6ft 2 guy fit as a fiddle from going up and down and carrying ladders all day long 8 hours a day.
That was 5 years ago, im now 16.2 and not so trim to say the least(fat bastaaaard lol)..
Lasty year i took up cycling which lost a stone and a half but since some scrote stole my bike making me give up on it the weight is now back..never gave putting weight on a 2nd thought when was trad as my whole working day was excercise and i felt fit as a fiddle. Now i goto the gym 2/3 times a week for the last 4 months and finding it near impossible to get as trim and as in shape as i was when was on the ladders.
Anybody else piled the pounds on since swapping to wfp??.
