window cleaning van

650 LTR REACH AND WASH WINDOW CLEANING LDV MAXUS 2.5 DIESEL
6 SEATER CREW CAB

a 2006 LDV Maxus with around 50000 miles in average condition
Mot until June 4th 2014 Tax due December
New brake pads and discs, new turbo, new 18"alloy wheels and tyres, distinctive checker plate rear step. New alarm and key fobs only a month ago as the old one became faulty.
Kenwood CD head unit with USB connectivity.
This is a two man 650ltr DI system with twin SHURflo pumps and twin remote control Liquid Logic on off switches. The controllers both detect dead end so if you use a trigger or stop tap it cuts the pump off automatically to save battery life and restarts automatically when the water feed is once again required.

Also installed is a TDS meter with two separate readings for the individual feeds.

The hose reels are a static installation which saves on time lifting in and out and are easier to wind in than kerb side hose reels. The doors still close for security with the system running.

Extra large DI vessels lets the water stay purer for longer without the need for a resin exchange as often but when it does need changing the vessels are all quick release for simplicity.

Two battery's with home charger these are only a few months old and should last around 2 years these are also quick release kettle style fittings.

Above the discreetly hidden tank is a cupboard to hide all other window cleaning paraphernalia which can hold about 8 window cleaning buckets. Also installed is a tubular heater (cheapest form of heating)
This is there for winter months just plug in when it's freezing about 20 minutes before commencing work to ensure the system works perfectly this only needs to be done when it drops to -3 or below. The rear of the van has been fully insulated. This bespoke system with braided hosing and chrome piping is probably one of the best around
Sensible offers over £2500 and I will sell straight away and remove from Auction

van was bought for a contract subbieng off another company, told guy i had 2 vans with 2 man setup to handle work load (which i didnt) so bought this, idiot went elsewhere to a guy that undercut my daily rate, system works puka, had thousands spent to get it like it is, van does smoke a bit due to turbo blown been replaced but oil can get in system and takes a while to burn out. just being truthfull dont want to waste anyones time. can drive van as far and as long as you like, no overheating no warning ligts no knocks bangs etc, gearbox and clutch smooth
