Gardiners Brushes
« on: September 04, 2013, 05:07:01 pm »
Only ever used soft bristles black brushes but on a large house I did yesterday they were forever picking up bits and spiders webs - admittedly this house was full of webs and is rather large but took ages to get thru it.

Would a white bristle medium brush help me get thru it quicker by picking up less bits / webs ?

Flocked should scrub better but will collect some bits in bristles. Mono will probably not scrub as well but will not collect so many bits in bristles.

I have a harris pole with a cobweb brush attached if I get a property badly cobwebbed
I quickly remove them with this before washing.
Saves getting the brush covered and having to spend extra time trying to rinse all the
broken cobwebs off the glass.

I used to use the black bristle brushes, flocked. Found I had your problem quite a lot. I've been using the extreme medium mixed brush and find it's the best everyday brush I've used. Excellent. Worth a pop. Doesn't get so easily clogged up.
