Resin out of date?
« on: August 21, 2013, 05:44:56 pm »
Hi bought a tub of resin about a year ago and have kept it in a sealed container but now it looks quite dry! It was very damp when bought, now this has happened. Does it mean its now no good? Does resin have a uses by date?

There are use by dates on resin-I assume for a reason...
Will you use it and post your results though please?
I'd be interested to see if its just a selling ploy.

When I first started WFP I bought all RO-man kit.  The resin was dry.  My first sack lasted nearly two years :o.  The last fill was a good as the first.

Have used the resin for the last year and comparing it to when I first started using it the tds is rising slighty more after a few weeks. So think it might not be at its 100% best.
