Ladder safety Advice New

Hi, just seen this LADDERM8trix ladde anchor, and was thinking of getting one. Has anyone used it, or would you recommend something else.

Had a close call the other day, so looking to make ladder work as safe as possible, (until I can afford to go WFP)
