Just a quick post to share my experiences with a job i did today, my local community centre needed the carpet tiles cleaned in a large function room.
The room actually leads straight out on to the football pitches so you can imagine the state of the carpet, plus this would be the very first clean in the 12 years they have been down!!!
After i used the TM5 with the stiff brown brushes and the pile lifter to extract as much of the dirt as possible it was time to lay down some hot enzall on the beer stained tiles, agitated using the TM5.
Anyway... rinsed out at 300 psi and with F90 in the tank for good measure, the carpets looked a lot better but didnt have that wow factor.
The centre manager was happy with any improvement as replacement was not a n option, so...
I pre sprayed Dynamall on the extracted area and used a 17" zebra bonnet (both available from Restormate) and straight away the carpet looked brighter and the expected wicking back was not as noticeable.
Dynamall also has a really pleasant smell which the customer really liked.
