0384 Window Cleaning
Internal and external window cleaning of approximately 90 police establishments within the Greater Manchester Police force area.
Greater Manchester Police currently spend in the region of 60,000 GBP annually on the window cleaning service.
The GMP Estate consists of both low and high storey buildings.
Should any award of contract offer Best Value to GMPs PFI (private financed initiative) Provider than the subsequent contract will be available to that contractor. This will mean the sharing of tender
rates / prices with that company to allow an assessment to be made.
GMP will appoint one contractor for the provision of the service.
