Cleaning urine stain on faux suede New

Hi all, I have a brown faux suede sofa to clean tomorrow. A friend of custy's has stayed overnight and had an accident on the sofa. Is there anything in particular that I need to be aware of ie. possible colour loss, stain re-occurrence etc?
