here's a wee problem that has me beat. I can run vac one all day no problem. I can run vac two all day no problem. If I try to run both vacs at the same time, nine times out ten , the electrics trip. Anyone got any ideas?

If it does it at every property something wrong with electrics.
Do you keep the heater plugged in whilst running machine?
I always unplug heater when starting then switch back on when I stop.

When I had a ninja I had no problem for ages running everything but the two times I did it was one of the flexes on the way out.

It's not expensive, you just can't afford it.

Tried switching them one one at a time?
My Ninja will sometimes trip the electrics unless I do this

Open up the ninja & write down the specs & serial numbers of each vac motor... then google search or go to ebay & type it in & see what it comes up with... If both motors turn out to be 1500w theres your problem... as one should be 1500w & the other should be 1200w... Also if they seem to be correct then consider the other posts as good advice too as part of your process of elimination.
