Rob
Are you making money from Sainsburys? ...not interested in how much but just generally.
You ask questions like a worried man...but i have already inquired about your health and that you have assured me it is ok.
You are usually rattling on about how big your tools are and how much you have cleaned while i am cuddling up to my boyfriend at night.
The man from the cleaning academy is going to make millionaires out of us all and the sun is shinning life is good...but you seem a little subdued ..to the extent you are agreeing with me on some posts.
Love you xxx

I am doing really well from my current business. I expect to do really well from my Farrow System.

Recently I have stepped back from the business, day to day operations and am much less hands on. I have four great lads, all self employed that are getting their hands dirty for the business.

This has given me a lot of time, to concentrate on training, development, the day to day running, Getting the RAMS & general paperwork in order and to improve them.

I will be in a position, if I wish, to look at another avenue and pay off a large chunk of some of my borrowed money.

Just looking to the future, putting some width on it and seeing what i can achieve.

I want to retire in nine years but for me retirement would be overseeing three businesses and enjoying the profits.

I have a lot to do ;)

I looked into a sex chat line.. Seriously..(not me on the phone personally)

Not a lot of start up/running costs and very high return. No shortage of customers either. But the market is flooded (pun maybe intended) So i need to think of a fetish to use as my niche.

Recently I have looked at running a Gite business in France, property prices are exceptionally cheap, it is not the sort of business that would make a fortune as the holiday letting season is pretty short but it would be more of a lifestyle change by being pretty self sufficient ie growing own food and having a few animals and plenty of time out of season to enjoy life.
Just trying to learn French at the moment and wishing I had paid more attention at school, already looked at a couple of properties and intend going again to view more, one serious contender is a house with 5 fully restored furnished gites and over 2 acres of land for just £267k
better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove any doubt

Chris

No I haven't lost Sainsbury's, we handed the Foss Bank, York store over this week and I have work at Brixton next week ;)

I looked into Kopi Luwak and thought that it could be a real money spinner.

Kopi luwak (Indonesian pronunciation: [ˈkopi ˈlu.aʔ]), or civet coffee, refers to the beans of coffee berries once they have been eaten and excreted by the Asian Palm Civet (Paradoxurus hermaphroditus).[1] The name is also used for marketing brewed coffee made from those beans.
Producers of the coffee beans argue that the process may improve coffee through two mechanisms, selection and digestion. Selection occurs if the civets choose to eat coffee cherries containing better beans. Digestive mechanisms may improve the flavor profile of the coffee beans that have been eaten. The civet eats the berries for the beans' fleshy pulp, then in the digestive tract, fermentation occurs. The civet's proteolytic enzymes seep into the beans, making shorter peptides and more free amino acids.[2] Passing through a civet's intestines the beans are then defecated with other fecal matter and collected.
The method of collected feces from wild civets has given way to intensive farming methods in which caged civets are force fed the coffee beans. This method of production has raised ethical concerns about the treatment of civets due to "horrific conditions" including isolation, poor diet, small cages and a high mortality rate.[3][4] According to an officer from TRAFFIC, the trade in civets to make kopi luwak may constitute a significant threat to wild civet populations.[5]
Intensive farming is also criticised by traditional farmers because the selection mechanism does not come into play, so the beans are of poor quality compared to beans collected from the wild.[6]
In the coffee industry kopi luwak is widely regarded as a gimmick or novelty item.[7] The Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA) states that there is a "general consensus within the industry ... it just tastes bad". SCAA claims that almost all kopi luwak available for sale is counterfeit, as 50 times more kopi luwak is sold than produced.[7]
Although kopi luwak is a form of processing, not a variety of coffee, it has been called the most expensive coffee in the world with retail prices reaching €550 / US$700 per kilogram.[8] The price paid to collectors in the Philippines is closer to US$20 per kilogram.[1]

From Wiki

Wouldn't half mind a cup of that!

Rob ;D

You only want it because its expensive.

Try some Kenyan Blue Mountain Coffee
