unusual stain
« on: July 18, 2013, 04:29:45 pm »

Not hadthis one before,  thought i would ask incase any body has come across it .

Black Stove and Grate Polish Tube

Hotspot black grate polish is a water based polish that covers minor scratches and rust. Leaving a lustrous black finish that does not rub off when dry. Microscopic colour pigments in the polish bond with the stove surface to hide minor blemishes and improve appearance. Suitable for grates, stoves and other cast iron items.

its a polish for cleaning fire grates/stoves etc, custy has spilt on 80/20   a circuler stain size of saucer .
any help forthcoming before i take a look.

Usually rinses out with detergent. As ever it depends on the fibres and what the custy has already done. Citrus gel, Ultrapac, Champion or the ilk should shift it if its stubborn.
