Help/Advice with water pump please
« on: September 01, 2013, 11:53:23 am »
I have a static tank and the water is pumped from the tank with a nozzell. Its topped working does anyone have any ideas if there is something I can do like smack it with a hammer.

It was unplugged and the plug itself gave me a shock about 3 seconds after unplugging. Will change the fuse but just wondering if the pumps normally play up. Its about 2 years old from purefreedom.

No sunday and no idea what to do ?

Im no electrician but I would first check cable for signs of damage and check plug connections.

changed fuse and nothing. The cable looks fine so looks like a new pump.

I am on machine mart and the £38 one is there a name ?

Cheers everyone

Do you have a transformer box on it?
(Black box on the plug wire)
It may have blown...
Take it to maplins, they'll test it to see if any power running through it
Why don't you have a quick google before making stupid comments?
