Hiya - I do End of let cleans for several years now - and I did't have any serious complains so far .
Even If most of my customers are happy with the job I do - I still consider myself a cowboy cleaner - as I don't know so many things about the work i do .
May I ask you - what on earth "50 point check " means ?! Recently a customer asked me if "I do 50 point check" for agent ? or like an estate agent - I was puzzled cos it was the first time I have heard about that .
Also he asked If disinfect the carpets after I clean them as he has two dogs - I said no I dont - then he said - fine just write on invoice that you do - as I have to proof to letting agent that the carpet was disinfected .
What shall I write for him on the invoice any idea ? or what cleaning chemicals to use do carry on disinfection ?
I have a pretty good machine - but im inexperienced
