Soil stack cleaning to the communal soil vent pipes at the specified location.
This procurement is only open to firms that are currently registered with Constructionline.
(Please quote your Constructionline registration number at the top of the pricing schedule).
Contractors are also reminded that they must carry a valid independent Health and Safety Accreditation such as CHAS (Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme) or SSIP equivalent.
It is your responsibility to confirm that you are fully registered with Constructionline on the closing date of this procurement, if not, your submission will not be considered ? no exceptions.
Please ensure that these is a full breakdown of costs on the pricing schedule, if this is not applied then refusal of the quotation may occur.
All submitted prices must be valid for 90 days from the submission date.
