When we filter water down to 000 tds then we make what is sometimes
called hungry water

Is this just an opinion or can you offer information from an authoritative source?

If you think pure water is 'hungry' you ought to check out the corrosive qualities of salt-water. Which is as far from pure that you're likely to get.
