Hourly rate x how many hours you think it will take you.

I've not done 1 before and anticipating a day tbh . approx 300 sq metres of cladding

Tell them it could take you 2 days and charge 2 x day rate.

hi mate if in doubt clean a test patch as it will be easier to estimate an hourly or day rate for this
