Description of the contract:
The awarding authority is inviting tenders for Cleaning Services Contract for offices of the specified location.
Expressions of interest are invited from experienced companies wishing to participate.
The appointed Contractor will be responsible for the provision of all equipment, staff, consumables and cleaning materials as necessary for the proper execution of the work.
The office is approximately 581 m2 and houses 40 staff over 2 floors and will cover general office cleaning, carpet cleaning, hard floor cleaning, and kitchen deep cleans.
