Ill say this without being too harsh to employed window cleaners,
Most decent people who are involved in the window cleaning trade have their own businesses.
This doesn't apply to all cases as I've got a few decent lads who work for me, and I've worked alongside other companies who've also got very decent staff.
What it does mean though is that if you're looking to employ a person as a window cleaner, be prepared to come across some of the most underhanded, decieving, unreliable etc people that you will ever meet who once employed seem to know everything about employment law and will do anything to try and screw you into the ground if they believe that you've crossed them,
Thanks to companies like ELAS, employers like myself who've built up their businesses from scratch have now got a chance to fight back legally.
