Brodetsky Primary School is putting out to market an outsourced cleaning
requirement, due to the anticipated value and type of provision this
requirement is subject to the full application of the regulations and will
be run in accordance with the OJEU restricted procedure. Brodetksy Primary
School is also purchasing for and on behalf of Leeds Jewish Free School.

II.2.1) Total quantity or scope:
Brodetsky Primary School and Leeds Jewish Free School (due to open in
September 2013) require a supplier to provide outsourced cleaning services
including but not limited to, general office, classroom / toilet cleaning
and management of the cleaning services for both schools. The lead
contracting authority will be Brodetsky Primary school.
Brodetsky Primary School currently enjoy the services of an outsourced
cleaning provider and seek to competitively tender the current service
requirements for both the legacy services and new services required of the
secondary free school.
Due to the anticipated value and type of provision this requirement is
subject to the full application of the regulations and will be run in
accordance with the OJEU restricted procedure. The resulting contract will
be let initially for 4 years with the potential to extend further a year
(4+1).
This tender and all subsequent documentation will be managed online, where
