tailored to our unique requirements. We are a 7 day operational visitor
attraction located at The Albert Dock with a second location within the
Mersey Ferries Terminal Building at Pier Head, Liverpool. Applicants must
be able to demonstrate experience within providing a quality service and
be able to provide a 20 minute response time for supervision.It is
anticipated that the service will be required for a period of 2 years.
This period may be extended for a period of 2 years at the absolute
discretion of the Contracting Party. Relevant references will be required.

The Beatles Story LTD is looking for a reliable, value for money service

contracting authority takes the view that the European Acquired Rights
Directive 77/187/EEC (as amended by 2001/23/EC) and/or the Transfer of
Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (as amended)
potentially applies to the Contract. If the Directive and/or the
Regulations do apply then tenderers should take into account the following
requirements:
(a) the need to consult with a recognised trade union;
(b) the need to maintain existing rates of pay and conditions of
employment of employees currently employed in providing services to the
contracting authority;
(c) the need for the successful tenderer to accept liability in respect of
claims for redundancy, unfair dismissal and all other claims related to
such employees;
(d) to make adequate provision for the full compliance with the
aforementioned Directive and/or Regulations;
(e) to expedite the requirements of the Directive and/or Regulations with
