Sorry to bring this up again but running my round on a monthly basis seems to be doing my head in

i find due to the weather and bank holidays i get the impression i am loosing more work days than i would have on a 4 weekly round
now it may be just me (probably is) but i seem to be reorganising all the time,there seems to be no flow,i dont get the 2 days off at the end of the month--it seems to be in the middle?

if any one can guide me and reassure me,while stroking my fore head i would appreciate it

With holidays, sickness etc custies cannot tell the difference.
I do mine 4 weekly some custies think its monthly its not a problem either way.

has a day and stick to it, if you take a day off catch up the next day.

i do mine monthly bob . the only month i have a real problem is feb . i like having a couple of days free in case of hold ups /cant be bothered days, it works for me . i know i could get another clean in a yr . its good for standing orders as well

We do monthly. We aim for the same date every month but if we miss it by a day or so, or turn up a couple of days early, nobody cares.

i think i may have too many customers,for myself and i am trying to get all the work done in a week and not let any rollover to the following week,in a sense im trying to keep it 4 weekly

Ditto. My domestic frquencys are 4 and 8 weekly! end of! custards can take it or leave it

I do 4 weekly and if I do a job a couple of days later than the rest of the work it should of been done with, I even sneak it in 2 days early the next month, hence 26 days! 

I have been doing this for 12 years and no one bats an eyelid like this...

I dont know what your problem is.I run 4 weekly, 6 weekly, 8 weekly, and 3 monthly with no problems.

Exactly - at the end of the day, it's your work, just do what you want.
