How to add an extra payment on george (for example received £70 instead of the normal £15 for window cleaning) when is not a prepayment or tip? thanks

what is it then ben? a payment for a gutter clean or something? i would create a new job type in the same customer details it will say already exists but carry on, then select only once when asked frequency.
