Would not bother ther share price is on its Backside I bought at £1.11 now 99.4% down on my Investment they are in a court case so as said would not bother

Hi Guys

Yell is a mess in my view.

I have had on-going discussions about renewing my Yell and Yellow pages advertising over the past 3 months.

I basically worked out what I had got from it and what it was worth to me to continue, bearing in mind I do not need a vast amount of new work.

I then told Yell what I was prepared to pay.

Yell have come up with nothing, just loads of stats etc and in the end it came down to me saying make me an offer, they wouldn't budge saying 'you are asking for xxx worth of advertising for xx' and I am saying it is simply not worth xxx.

In the end I just told them I would not renew.

They have also changed the name of the company to hibu, says it all really.

Wondered what the hell this direct debit to Hibu was, yep yellow pages, great marketing that an industry brand known to all, i know lets change it to something no one has heard of

Maybe even put the money you would have paid into a small account and it will soon ad up..

Like most of the above posts I would not waste any money on the yell or yell pages..

Wouldn't waste my money, did it many years ago and it cost me a fortune and was not worth it. Saying that though, i've just had two jobs for a decent amount from the free listing I have with them.
