Description of the contract:
The awarding authority invites tenders for the provision of cleaning services
for the specified location. These services include internal building cleaning
and the provision of all associated materials, equipment and labour.
The contract is expected to start on 01 September 2013 and will run for a period
of three years with the possibility, following annual review of performance,
the Council may extend the contract for further periods of twelve months each up
to a maximum of
two times. TUPE may apply.
A visit has been arranged for all contractors to view the site on Tuesday 30th
April 2013 Contractors must book in advance a place on this visit by contacting
reception by phone 01386 881426 or email office@bredon.worcs.sch.uk The tour
will start at 9.30
a.m and last no longer than 1 hour. Unfortunately other dates to visit the
school are not available due to the busy timetable. Contractors are asked to
send just one representative on the tour to help keep the overall numbers of
visitors down.
