« on: February 24, 2006, 05:38:27 pm »
Could anyone tell me if they use a 6mm inner bore rubber hose  connected to there poles and if so where i can purchase it from.

Sick of the reinforced stuff caving in thus stopping water flow....

all help greatly appreciated.

Thanks rob.

I found that when using sugical rubber tubing, it Burst when I turned off the flow. That was only a 60psi pump too. I still use it on the inlet side of the pump, going into the containers. Dai

I used to get annoyed by the same thing, I'm sure some suppliers never actually use the product they supply. Re-inforced pole hose sounds great until you try to use it, it's a lot heavier and and it kinks shut and it wears just as quick!

We don't use rubber hose we use clear PVC hose we find that this stays flexible in use and doesn't 'kink' shut half as easily.
