Attachment prob

Hi,
I'm trying to add an attachment to a post, but i'm getting the following error: 

[The upload folder is full. Please try a smaller file and/or contact an administrator.]

The jpeg attachment is only 148kb. Any ideas?

Use the upload images bit at the top not the bottom. Be patient it takes a sec to load.
