In answer to the issue about being there on a specific day or spending the money before doing it.

I guarantee 10 cleans per year and set the SO amount to reflect that arrangement.

10 x £15 = £150 divide by 12 months = £12.50 per month.

This gives me the leeway I need to provide a 'regular' service.

Good point Bobplum; was thinking that the other day.

Good for you Bob your a pioneer.

The only points that put me off was being late this is mainly due to weather and worrying about upsetting custies but if they've already paid anyway they would be less likely to turn you away ;)

I only work in light rain.
To me it just stops all the mucking about waiting for people to answer the door go and find their purse; moan about the weather etc, etc.

I do have some really decent custies but a lot probably couldn't care less about me (fair enough.)
But waiting for payment to come in is a real bug bear.

Especially when it's school holidays alot of my custies aren't their they are on holiday so payment does drag.
I know you should have a savings pot but why should we wait to get paid?

I'm gonna canvass and push s/o.

How do you find people reaction to this Bobplum?
How many seem put off?

I'l soon find out ;D
