what heater should i buy?

hi guys need a bit of advice after a few months my paloma has packed in my dad bought scrimbles 8l heater which everyone slates on hear its the stainless steel one from china on ebay. thats working brill at the moment and looks like its seen some use so obviously not a bad unit tho i heard smithy had problems with these. yet many find them ok. what are you guys runnig? there are a couple of different once on ebay think there is an L6 white one which looks just like the L5 most people have used. any comments would be great  ;D

£150 from there or £70-80 ebay one like mine which heats water up the same.

at the risk of puttin a downer on it ive had one for 2years only used it a few times they can some times be tempremantal ok if you do a lot of connies .if its that cold you could run risk of cracking glass how many realy mining jobs do you get, i got one just because it seemd like every one else got one. then theires insurance to inform etc to me its just another avoidable expence imo, do you whant to cut a hole in your van roof
