Which sprayer?
« on: March 16, 2013, 04:13:12 pm »
Which sprayer to you guys use to spray hypo at ground level?
I want one with a decent flow rate.

Has anyone run hypo through a WCW backpack? If so, will it damage it?

Is that all? ???
£300 is a bit steep isn't it,  I would want it to do all the work for that too.

I have had my Gloria for about 5/6 years so now it is cheap. You can keep them going forever all the parts being easily available. It is a big expense but  i think worth it ...and i am as tight as a camels arse in a sandstorm.

I use my Gloria for applying detergents, weedkiller, moss killer, paint stripper, acrylic resin, bleach, teflon, xylene, graffiti remover...just make sure its cleaned out properly. You get straps with the sprayer that make it into a back pack sprayer as well as a hand held.
I  do also like Lee like the "bucket"   I have about 3/4 buckets and brushes in the van as well, as they are indispensable and cheap.....used in conjunction with a bin bag and baby wipes they are a life saver!
If it's a small job and i cant be bothered cleaning out the sprayer i just mix a "bucket" full and apply that way.
Saying that tho' i would be lost without the Gloria so much quicker.

Gets the last of the remaining sealer of driveways if they need stripping.
A kind of "finishing" stripper.
