 looking at my stats one Website is down 60 % on Impressions on google for search terms for the website.

The Fact people arent searching for carpet cleaning is strange down more than half, the UK Gov need to start talking things up! Lucky i dont just count on the one form of marketing, but its just quiet for new customers!

How's you boys in the South finding web Enquires this year?

Maybe its the bloke near me Doing the £1 clean offer............ Get Two carpets cleaned the 3rd at £1.

Naw that doesnt affect the site am on about haha.

you are comparing Feb  last year to Feb this year, we had 2 weeks of snow this Feb none last year I bet that has more to do with it than anything else

Sorry its the same dates from Last Jan to Today on both years, We not really had Snow this year so i cant say its the weather!

I dont know how you can gauge this one as there are too many variables.

Yeah sure, probably there are less people searching cos they have less money and it can wait, there is more competition and more people are having a go them smug selves with their QVC Bissell.

But the main influence on how many hits you get is what you have actively done yourself, so someone who has gone bonkers with their web marketing would think things are booming relatively speaking.

Web enquiries are rubbish ATM most my work more so than usual is old customers, I'm getting less calls from the web and less bookings also but old customers are up and recommends which is nice but you'd like to think the new technology thing would work also.

Bit it's changing all the time - I think keeping up to date is critical.

It is but seeing as My site in question is better ranked and the Numbers come from Google and the fact my other sites arent getting the calls they did last year from New customers, can only mean People finding it harder than last year.

Saying that Ive a six day week this week  its not all about new customers
