The Cleaning of Bower Park Academy. Bower Park Academy is located in the
London Borough of Havering. It currently has over 800 students. The school
is situated in North Romford within the M25 boundary. It can be found at
the junction of Havering Road and Lower Bedfords Road with the overall
site occupying approximately 72 000 mē.
Bower Park Academy comprises of eight main buildings of different
structures and styles. The individual buildings are mostly two storeys in
height with one block comprising of three floors. All buildings are
accessible by external walkways between the buildings. Surface and
flooring types vary in each block and can even differ between adjacent
classrooms.
Specific areas within the school include a number of general and specific
areas, some of which are described below:
Over 30 general purpose classrooms connected by corridors within each
block.
Common areas include an assembly hall and canteen.
8 IT classrooms/suites.
6 science laboratories.
Large sports facility including a sports hall gymnasium and fitness suite.

The contract will be for an initial period of three years, with the
possibility of an extension of up to two further years at the Academy's
