Description of the contract:
The awarding authority is inviting tenders for cleaning services for the
specified location. The visitor centre includes an exhibition, offices and two
sets of public toilets.
The contract will run from 1 April 2013 to 31 March 2016 with an option of a
two-year extension to 31 March 2018.
