Right, The image below, what could be causing the nozzles to wear like this? My guess is that too much water is being trapped under the cover, and the bar is spinning through it? this is only from probably...20 hours use since new nozzles?
Next question, Did a job today, smooth tarmac. Some of it cleaned perfectly with the whirlaway, and some of it striped really bad. Not normal striping, more like...two clean lines with a dirty line in the middle. The dirty line was semi clean, just not as clean as the lines either side.
I was going the normal speed i always go, never had this problem on tarmac or monoblock. looked to me like the nozzles were only cleaning a certain area, and not reaching anywhere else. Yes, i was overlapping my passes.
The nozzles, if I remember correctly are 03/25..(21lpm pump) should i go for a wider spray angle? the next angle up is 40, wont a 40 degree hit the cover?
Last question, From the picture, are my nozzles the right way? or should they be turned more? The line/groove on the nozzle is in line with the spray bar.
Cheers,
Matt
