How do I protect my photos ?
« on: January 23, 2013, 11:05:00 am »
I have just checked my ad on Gumtree Manchester and noticed that Daniel from Urmston, Manchester was using some of my block paving before and after photos to advertise his pressure washing services. He has obviously copied them from my ad or from my website, I want to know is there any way of stopping this or does he have a right to use them. Obviously I am not happy and have sent him a message asking him to remove them, I will just wait and see if he does the decent thing. I'm just wondering how some of you guys have dealt with this problem, and what I should do if he refuses to remove them.

Watermark your photos before you put them on your website. I just looked at the his ad and your web cant see which ones are the same

Daniel from Urmston? I might ring him up and tell him I'm from the photo police!
