Hi
Anyone clean any of these?
How difficult are they and how much extra time to allow?
Thanks

It cant take you that long Ian takes me a few minutes i use a superlite extreme which is nice and narrow to go through railings .

I clean the top half first above balcony and give a really good rinse then turn brush to the side to get through railings then after scrubbing glass on lower half i rinse from the very top all the way down as normal

Never had any complaints with regards to the sills which you cant obviously clean just rinse well. Mike

Yup I do in fact got some next week to do.

Get brush sideways and soon goes thru but i do the top half first above the stooopppid railings then the part thru the stoooooppid railings then give it all a good rinse.

What you need is one of these bad-boys with an Xtreme brush on the end. ;)

http://www.gardinerpolesystems.co.uk/acatalog/resi-neck-quick-release-type-1-swivel.html

Gets you through the railings no problem but then also allows you to cover much more glass per railing gap- as you can move to either side whilst maintaining full contact & angle of the brush with the glass. ;)

Hi
Thanks a lot I've done them at second floor but never at the third got to quote for this about 45 flats!!!!

The Juliet patio sets look pretty large especially with the extra row of lights above them.

3/4 times longer on the cleaning of the balcony window not the whole job
If it takes say 30seconds to clean a pain&frame I would say 3/4 times this time if there is a balcony in the way.
I have cleaned half of an estate with these types of balconies so not just guessing mate, I need to learn to express what I mean a little better sorry
