Is Bic's training useful and worth the hassle?
« on: November 30, 2012, 07:48:56 pm »
Hi,

I'm running a small domestic cleaning business but in short future I am planning to go commercial as well? Therefore, I would like to show our customers that we are professionals with adequate knowledge. Can anyone advise me on, whether BIC's trainings are worth the hassle or if not, what sort of trainings would you offer, please?

Another thing, how do you look for customers in commercial environment? Letter, phone calls? What should I ask about and what should I expect to be asked about as well, apart from proof of liability cover and what we charge?

I still don't have uniforms with the logo and was also wondering whether someone can offer any good firm doing it?

Thanks for all your advice,
Adam

I get all my stuff from www.xamax.co.uk.
Its good quality, you can have a logo done & quick delivery times & no connection to me
