« on: November 08, 2012, 12:16:49 pm »
this is the same product as the E-Z System that some people are selling, most people sell this at £180.

this uk based company sells them for £149.99 inc vat and delivery!
http://www.wayfair.co.uk/Eccotemp-Portable-Tankless-Water-Heater-and-Shower-CE-L5-ECCO1000.html?init=1

so if you want to save a little more try them out, great company and fast postage

The EZ version that corewoods sell does not have the 20minute timer, the one in the link make no mention of having it removed so it may still have the 20 min timer.

yer it does have the 20 minute timer, i have been using it in my van for the past month.

the 20 minute timer is there for a safety reason. to reset it you just need to stop your flow and then start again, not many houses you need the flow on for more than that anyway.

I see it says 'outdoor use only'
I guess it's because there is no flue?

the E-Z has no flue either, just a deflector plate.

not yet, not far off. i just wont carry the extra 2 25lt barrels. im going to take it back to the weigh bridge to double check again.
when i first started i fully loaded it with all my kit, triple ladders on the roof, step ladders inside and platform step, plus my partner in the passager seat and it was 15kg short of payload. i never carry all that weight in one go anyway.

the gas bottle i have is only a 6kg one.

Don't forget to check the weights on the front and rear axle as it is easy to have an axle overloaded without exceeding the total payload.

i wont, the tank is fitted as far as it will go towards the middle of the van, so at least thats not just sitting on the back axle!
the back of the tank dosen't even reach where the back axle is.
