The round for sale is close to me and 2 or 3 years ago
I would be at least going for a look but getting staff
is a major head ache and my motivation just now
has stalled a bit like richy's

It Could save you 5 years of growing to get to the level, if you started from scratch

I reckon thats what it would take at least that to get to the current £12k per month

My motivation flags all the time, it is tough to balance things, getting good window cleaners doesn't bother me, that is the easy part, I have too many at the moment, but I am keeping them all, always find things to keep them busy.

The guy I was on about was a prominent member of this forum a while back, still looks in occassionally, he might post himself.

I asked the question because I was curious how others would see this as an investment.

By the responses it just goes to show how one person sees the potential and, another not.

Personally I think if it was nearer to me I would go for it.

I don't think anybody said there is no potential in it,just not as much as others who don't know the trad market up here might think.

who has 45k to put upfront its window cleaning not microsoft ltd and no its not worth it cause the work isnt gureenteed! check books probly worth between 18-25k!

one thing i noticed about window cleaning is every window cleaner that approachs you and asks questions is full of poop they are all millionaires yet they drive a poop vechicle and look like a tramp.

Why don't you get a bank loan . . . . the banks are throwing money at window cleaners

You are not kidding there, as long as you have healthy accounts, as most window cleaners have on here as they are mostly earning at least £100 per day
