Look for a local boat or camper/caravan firm, or a webasto authorised dealer as alternatives.

Sounds pretty good for a service. I just had another new burner in mine and it cost £168.00 inc vat just for the burner. What are they doing in the service?

Do an internet search on

Servicing a Webasto Thermo Top C Diesel Boiler
By Chris Wyles.

He has a step by step servicing procedure he has done on his unit fitted to his boat. I presume Purefreedom use the same diesel heater.
