customer comes and says, got a leaflet the other day and shows me it, nice leaflet and on it is a check list of does your window cleaner do the following
clean all frames and sills, uses a reach and wash system safely from the ground, clean hard to reach windows, is he insured and licensed, turn up monthly, easy payment online etc you get the idea anyway he had read it and said happy to say you do all on that list
so I will not be changing window cleaner
oh and the town on the leaflet is spelt wrong and the website don't work
