I would say £250 + vat and would powerwash instead of WFP here is a dirty one my 74 year old dad managed
better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove any doubt

Depends on height and access and how dirty brushing works better a lot of the time as ou can work the chemical in and work the dirt

The guy in the picture with the extending pressure hose looks to be doing a great job,i would do it like that i think and charge for the hire of the gear if you do not have the right type yourself :)
