taking someone on part time

if youve the work ,best to take on 2 partimers, then youre not dependant if one goes sick or slides into becoming  a total waster

 get employee insurance ,its not pricey , you dont want a newbie slipping on his first day on a bit of sh/t and starting a case that could drag you under. Also make sure you tell them theyre on a trial period for at least a month.
