hi,
can anyone advice me on the content of a letter/contract, for my cleaners to sign to say that they are responsible for there own tax and national insurance, should i include in this the fact that they are self employed, and will be offered work on a weekly basis, and be paid a week in hand.
got the basics of what i think i need to say, just need a bit of reasurance that i am on the right track.
would i still need them to invoice me if i get this letter signed.
