Made this after John (Jaespray) showing me his. Works well but at 30lpm it doesn't half push it back on you. Straining hips and ankles when moving around controlling it.

Have you tried larger nozzles ? looks to me that it blows it airbourne rather than just moving it along the ground

20hp Lombardini with a 30lpm pump although I may look to buy another pump and gearbox as there's now a hairline crack again on the gearbox.
Anyone got a Bertolini gearbox spare by any chance or any pumps going before I splash out £800 on a new pump and gearbox.

I think the pump is a Speck

I did write it on my list for today and the photos were the only thing I forgot. Things started when the gutter vac would only run on two motors so I loaded it into the van to look at and I went to do a drain job on the way. I had to move the van and forgot to shut the side door and the vac fell out and broke the plastic casing.
So I have an old 3kw CFM vac that I rescued from a skid at my old firm. I dug it out, all 3 motors run but with little suction, I took it apart to find both section seals missing. I replaced these with 1/2" hose, slit and put on the bin edge which worked and it sucks better than the 4200 watt ? expensive plastic thing.
So if anyone has the yellow thing from omni with burnt motors in their skip could I have the grey bit that sits on top of the waste bin please.

We had suction loss on ours. Not an omni but may be similar. I stripped it down and there was 3 foam pads that sit near the motors acting as filters. Cleaned them and it was fine. Just an idea.
