The proposed contractual arrangements would be one main contract for the
Council and Hackney Homes requirements with various levels of cleaning
regimes as provided in the specification and tender documents.

II.2.1) Total quantity or scope:
Provider(s) to deliver the cleaning service & washroom services including
cleaning products. The scope of the contract will also include cleaning
consumables such as toilet rolls, etc. Hackney Council has 3 Main Council
Office buildings, which form the main campus. The Council buildings are
spread across the Borough. Hackney Homes has approximately 67 office and
Community Hall buildings across the Borough. The scope of the contract
does not include estate cleaning which is under separate contracts.
Hackney has now integrated its Learning Trust back into the organisation.
As a result, 6 learning centres will be part of this contract as well
other youth centres.

Range: between 2 400 000 and 3 000 000 GBP
