Depends what type of glue but Siroflex Solvent Cleaner works with lots: -

tell ya customer ya can get a length of gutter 4m long for £8 prob cheaper than buying specialist glue removers

Almost every gutter i have cleaned has superglue on when the gutter does not fit properly they superglue around the joins which cause a grey staining overtime ,

I just leave it if you start with solvent cleaners you could find yourself repairing around the joint . Mike
