Do you want this for business or for people to chat to? If it is the first one then I would not be asking people to like the page, it does nothing to give your page weight and unless you 2 way interact with them regular you will drop off there new feed, if it is for business get targeted likes that will benefit your business, it's a little like everyone linking to everyone's website it harms your business

i just thought it would be nice to put a face to a few names , not really for buisness just see what people are up to , a bit like on here really
