Just priced up a 3500 sq ft office with 30 staff, open plan 3 meeting rooms, lunch room, 2 separate loos, kitchen, hall stairs (carpet)
I priced at 2 1-2 hours twice a week!

They came back to me and said they had a quote for 1 hour twice a week!!! So I'm way out am I?  ???  :-\
