hi mate. i recently bought a small round over in blackheath that was all ladder work and underpriced. 50 customers in all. i think i made a mistake by the way i did it so if you want advice dont do this...i bought the work and cleaned as normal withought explaining wfp etc also on first cleans i put the prices up some by £5 but mostly £2-3 as a pet hate of mine is underpriced work, this was 6 months ago id say now and i lost 15 customers from the bunch within 2 cleans Not good at all. at least i managed to get the work for just under 1 clean from the guy lol.
If i ever have to do it again which im sure i will  id give each customer a letter explaining wfp and also wait 6-12 months before raising prices. Luckily it wasnt a mega hit as me and 2 canvassers built up an extra 250 customers around the 50 i bought so im well quids in and established in the area but still a lesson learnt.
hope this is of some help.

No not at all just explain to them you dont collect and get all the first cleans done leaving your recipt with payment details on. after the 2nd, 3rd and 4th clean you will have some late payers from getting used to the change so maybe just collect those ones and when you see them face to face tell them that you dont collect, if you still cant get them to change then replace them and get rid(sell or dump them). Job done.
